Nikki won't stop bugging me...

Okay, the title isn't exactly fair. In reality, if Nikki didn't bother me, I pretty much wouldn't ever get anything done. I'm getting better. I've been makings lists and using those to help me stay organized but I still end up leaving stuff out. These pictures are just such stuff:

The above photos are the result of first, much heralded trip to Sonic. Unlike many drive thru restaurants they will mix flavored syrups into your drinks. The result is quite delicious... and is quite possibly responsible for any droughts that are taking place anywhere in the world right now. Holy CRAP! Look at all that ice. Technically that is a 32oz cup but I don't think I even get 8oz of liquid. When Erik hit Sonic yesterday morning, we had him order us drinks "light on ice". This resulted in what I would refer to as a normal amount of ice and I would advise you to take this strategy any time you visit Sonic in the future. Otherwise the pygmy's might continue starving and it would be all your fault.

Side note: I'm listening to Oh Sleeper and while it is decidedly harder than I usually listen to in my off-time... it's good. It all started because I caught their newest video. Check this out:

Jokes on who?

If you weren't listening to the RIOT yesterday, then you missed out on some drama between Laine and Jared. They came into the station on Monday both wearing the same shirt (a tooth and nail sweatshirt). Laine spent the morning referring to Jared as her twinsie. We're not entirely sure why it was a problem for him, but Jared was not interested in being Laine's twinsie... so he went home at lunch and changed shirts. Hilarious.

Yesterday, Laine hatched an idea: why not have EVERYONE wear the same shirt... but this time leave Jared out of it? So, as a result we are all wearing this shirt:

I'm curious to see how it plays out. Will he notice? Will it matter? Me? Heck, I'm in favor of it just because I didn't have to put any thought whatsoever into getting dressed this morning. Nothing wrong with that. We'll let you now how it turns out.

No Hope With Dope

I have a caffeine problem and it definitely reared its ugly head today as I practically slept through the show. Nikki was afraid that my caffeine dependency might lead to stronger and stronger drugs which would lead for us having to film an after school special about my problem. She also mentioned Saved By the Bell. The rest is as follows:

Coffee that will rip your face off...

...and who wouldn't want to have their face ripped off? Seriously? I love the idea of going through life without a face. You could then tell everyone that Shockwave coffee rocked your face off. The only problem of course being that since you've had your face rocked off you no longer have a mouth with which to tell people that your face is a casualty of the intense experience mankind has been in search of since that druggie Juan Valdez started grinding up red beans in the name of touching a higher plane.
